Beef Rolls with Golden Mushrooms ª÷Û£¤û¬h¨÷

Ingredients :
beef fillet 8 thin slices
golden mushrooms 50 g
garlic 1 clove
red chilli 1/2 no.
cornflour 1 tbsp
cucumber 1/4 no.
Seasoning for beef:
light soya sauce 1/2 tbsp
salt 1/4 tsp
cornflour 1 tsp
sesame oil 1/2 tsp
black pepper few shakes
Sauce :
beef stock or water 150 ml
ketchup 3 tbsp
sugar 1 tsp
black pepper few shakes
cornflour 1/2 tsp
Method :

1. Prepare vegetables :

a. Wash and drain all the vegetables.
b. Trim off the roots of the golden mushrooms. Crush garlic. Dice red chilli. Slice the cucumber.
2. Wash and dry beef slices. Season.
3. Prepare filling : Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in wok and stir fry the golden mushrooms. Dish and divide into 8 equal portions.
4. Dust slices of beef with cornflour. Add 1 portion of filling to each slice and roll it up.
5. Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok. Saute garlic and shallow fry the beef rolls until slightly brown on all sides. Add the sauce. Lower heat and simmer until sauce thickens
6. Dish, garnish with cucumber slices and sprinkle on chilli dices. Serve hot.
