| Ingredients : | |
| beef fillet | 8 thin slices |
| golden mushrooms | 50 g |
| garlic | 1 clove |
| red chilli | 1/2 no. |
| cornflour | 1 tbsp |
| cucumber | 1/4 no. |
| Seasoning for beef: | |
| light soya sauce | 1/2 tbsp |
| salt | 1/4 tsp |
| cornflour | 1 tsp |
| sesame oil | 1/2 tsp |
| black pepper | few shakes |
| Sauce : | |
| beef stock or water | 150 ml |
| ketchup | 3 tbsp |
| sugar | 1 tsp |
| black pepper | few shakes |
| cornflour | 1/2 tsp |
| Method : | |

1. Prepare vegetables : a. Wash and drain all the vegetables. |

| 2. Wash and dry beef slices. Season. | |
| 3. Prepare filling : Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in wok and stir fry the golden mushrooms. Dish and divide into 8 equal portions. | |
| 4. Dust slices of beef with cornflour. Add 1 portion of filling to each slice and roll it up. | |
| 5. Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok. Saute garlic and shallow fry the beef rolls until slightly brown on all sides. Add the sauce. Lower heat and simmer until sauce thickens | |
| 6. Dish, garnish with cucumber slices and sprinkle on chilli dices. Serve hot. | |
