"So how come you don't have a g/f now?" I asked bravely, "I dunno...I'm trying to find the perfect one, well as close as to perfect anywayz...no, I mean.....you know what I mean right? Well I know I'm a little picky but it's worth it...what about you? How come you don't have a b/f?" he said looking towards the ocean in front of us, "I dunno neither....I mean, the whole Mark thing happened only 2 month ago and even though I'm way over him, I wanna have some time to myself to actually find what type of guys I like. So then I don't have to find myself in a relationship with a jackass who's an alcoholic cause that would totally freak me out." I said smiling. "So what do you like in a guy?" he asked as he looked at me, "Uhmm I like them sweet, the ones that don't think they're too cool to kiss their mom's cheeks in public, so basically a momma's boy but not too much of a momma's boy, they HAVE to be romantic, cause I'm very romantic, my b/f would have to be defenitely romantic. As in the whole roses and phone calls and stuff, even if it takes me all my life, somehow I'll find someone that's romantic.Uhmm...They always have to be funny too, uhmmmm, I know this is weird but I sort of go for guys that only have blue or green eyes, I mean that's not important but still I love those colours for eyes. And I personally go for the eyes more than the whole 'wow, look at that butt' thang...I find nice eyes totally gorgeous. What about you?" I said as I list some of the things I liked, "Wow, quite a long list there Tiffy! *laugh* You certainly know what you want!!! hahah, I go more for brunettes but it doesn't really matter, uhmmm sweet, sorta shy, not too shy, funny, I like romantic too, cause I'm a romantic guy, I just find it very sweet when you leave notes for each other or something, I mean I'm not gay or anything but I just find it very sweet, not too crazy, or else I'll think that they were meant to be for Chris." Lance said laughing, 'Oh my gosh, he just described me....' I thought to myself, so I just smiled and looked away. "Do you wanna go back to my house?? It's getting really cold out here..." Lance said as he rubbed his hands together, got up and offered me his hand, "Yeah, that's cool." I said as I took his hand and stood up. When we got to his house it was around 8:30pm and everyone was still awake. When I stepped into the doorway I saw the guys running towards us. "Hi Lance!!" they said cheerfully with a cheeky smile on their face, I looked at them and then at Lance, moved closer to Lance and said, "What are they upto now??? I mean I don't know them but it doesn't take a genious to find out that cheeky grin means they're upto something and that something, it ain’t good." Lance shrugged and said, "I dunno...what are you guys upto now??". "Ohhh we were just wondering how your date went. And I see you brought Tiffy home..." they said as they winked at each other when they saw Lance brought me home. "Ay!! Don't start thinkin that Lance will get lucky tonight because he won't." I said laughing, their smiles turned into a puppy look as they walked away. "Ignore them, they get in this state when they eat sugar with alcohol together." Lance said laughing, I laughed too and said, "Same with Rachel, hey...did you know that she's got a date with Joey tomorrow?" he smiled, opened the door to the T.V room and said, "Yeah, I knew that, Joey won't shut up about her since he met her!!" I smiled and couldn't wait to tell Rachel what Lance just told me. "Wanna watch a movie?" Lance asked as he closed the door behind him, "Yeah, sure! What have you got??" I said as I sat down on the couch, "Uhmm let's see, we've got....uhmmm...chick flicks?? Why the hell have we got chick flicks here?? Hmmm...Justin must've rented it out for Britney.Well we've got uhmmm Pretty Woman...and Clueless." he said reading out all the names, "Uhmmm...let's watch Pretty Woman, I love that movie!!! What do ya wanna see?" I said looking at him, "I dun care...whatever suit you is fine with me." Lance said as he popped the video into the VCR and walked back to the couch to sit next to me. It felt really awkward to be sitting there alone with him for some reason, and I got the butterflies again. 1/3 into the movie Lance put his arms around me and moved closer. I smiled and moved closer to him too. We just stayed like that for the whole movie. He smelt so nice......but anywayz....It ended at around 10:00pm and I said, "I better be getting home." then stood up and stretched. He stood up and said, "I'll walk you." I smiled and said, "It's cool, don't worry about it, I mean I DO live just next door.", he shook his head and said, "Nope, I'm walking you and there is nothing you can do about it. I don't want some rapist gettin ya when you walk home." I laughed and walked towards the door. It took us 15 minutes to walk about 5m, I was deliberately walking really slow and dawdling at the same time. Once we got to my gate I said, "Thank you for tonight. I had a blast." he smiled and said, "It's cool, I had fun too. So I'll see you...soon. Very soon." I smiled, hugged him, and kissed him. He smiled and kissed me. "I'll see ya around." I said after we pulled away. He was such a sweetie, he waited for me to get inside until he left to back home. I was soo excited and was dying to tell Rachel what had happened. I ran up to my room, got changed into my flannelette pj's and called up Rachel. I told her what happened and she was so happy for me. It's just a habit but if I call up Rachel I'll HAVE to go on the balcony and talk there for awhile. Lance was right though, I saw him very soon, he was getting changed actually. "Oh. My. Gosh. Rachel....Lance is getting changed!! I could see from my balcony!!! Dayummmm!! That boy has one HOT body!" I said excitedly, "Crap!!! I'm missin the The Full Monty show...Well I could always ask Joey to strip for me." she said laughing. I also just remembered what Lance told me about Joey and how he won't shut up about her. "Also... I've got gossip!! Apparently Joey hasn't shut up about you since you guys met!! How cute is that?" I said, "OHMYGOSH!!! I love him!! Well....not yet anywayz. I'm sure I will soon." she said squealing like a pig. "Hey Tiffy!" I heard someone called out from behind me (my back was turned to Lance's balcony by the way). I spun around and said, "Oh hi Lance. Ohhh what was that Rachel?? Oh okay. Lance, this is a message that has to be sent right away to Joey. Rachel told me to tell you to tell Joey that she can't wait for the date tomorrow and that she loves him, well I added the last bit but I'm sure she will love him soon!!!" as I laughed, "K! Message being sent right away!! Be right back Tiffy!" he said as he took off running to Joey's room. "Shit!! I can't believe you told him to say that!! I was only joking! And what up with the whole I love Joey thing, I mean I do but you didn't have to tell him Tiff!!!!" Rachel hissed at me but laughing aswell. "Well the message is being sent right away as you heard from Lance, who took off running to, I presume, Joey's room!!! Oh look there is Joey. Hey Joe Joe!!!" I called out to him as Lance and him walked through the Lance's bedroom door. Rachel started going all psycho and screaming around cause Joey was there but that's just Rachel for you. "Can you ask Rachel if it is okay to ask for her phone number?" Joey said, "Okay!! Did you hear that Rachel?" I said to the phone, "Yeah!! Hell yeh!!! It is 9341 2118!!!! Quick!! Tell him!!!" Rachel said excitedly, "Okay, down tiger!! Joey, it's 9341 2118 and she told you to call her, well she didn't but I'm telling you to call her." I said laughing. I could hear Rachel screaming at me because I told him to call her. "Okay, I'll call her now..." Joey said as he ran to get his mobile phone. "He's serious Rach Rach, he's gonna call you right now so I betta hang up k??? Good luck chica!" I said as I hung up straight away. "Gee they're an interesting couple." Lance said as he jumped up on the railings and onto my balcony. "Don't do that!!! I keep thinkin you're gonna die everytime you jump over!!!" I said slapping him, "I won't die!!!" Lance said as he hugged me. "Thank you for tonight, I had so much fun" I said as I snuggled closer to Lance's chest, "It's okay. I had fun too...." Lance said againts my hair, we kinda stayed like that for awhile until J.C started calling Lance's name because he needed him to work out this song that they're writing. "Well goodnight." I said as I hugged him again, "Yeah, goodnite..." he said as he kissed me on my cheeks. I smiled and kissed his cheeks. He jumped over to his own balcony and dissapeared into the other room.
