What is there to really know about FFVIII except that it was rated the worst but many people likes it, and still do. I am one of those people who still like it although I think its inferior to FFIX. VIII has a good story line and its fun but they changed everything including the designer of the charecters who is also working on Final Fantasy X (Sweet!). FFIX had the ability system which was easy to learn and easy to operate. If you needed a status effect to take place in VIII then you would have to junction it and go through HP changes and have to rejunction your gf almost every time. All in all I thought that this game was cool and very fun. I played it so much when it came out that I got all of my charecters except Rinoa up to max everything and my gf's are max level.
Everyone loves final fantasy unless you don't know what it is, and if your going to start the series then start with VIII cause then it would take enough time to beat and then start IX and when your done X might be out unless you spend hours on end and do it in one day. |
