*This day has been the most terrible day I've ever seen.  Every time I see or hear a story about the people losing someone I just want to let my emotions out and cry for them.  Its simply terrible in all respects.  I thank the people of the world for giving us condolence when we needed it the most.  If I could express one other feeling of mine over this, it would be: Please don't hate, nothing good can ever come out of such an emotion, only destruction and more sadness.

*I'm finally back from my travels this summer.  All I can say is WOW!  I could just write page after page on this summer; the events, people, and just everything else that happened.  A short summary of it however was I left for camp to be a CIT.  During the first week I was there we trained a lot and went on a 3 day trip to the Allegany Mountains in PA.  There we did a 7mile 7hour hike!! After surviving that we definitely passed our first test in proving how strong a group we were.  Next the first 2 week session began.  We all were put in our cabins and had a welcoming experience to the counselor world.  My cabin was amazing this session.  On the last Friday of the session I left to travel to Europe for two weeks with my soccer team.  First we went to Barcelona, Spain where we just missed winning the tournament in the final game (lost in shootouts).  Next we flew to Amsterdam (quite the dirty city), where we played in the Holland Cup against some of the best teams from everywhere.  We didn't do as well there but definitely proved our teams strength.  Soon that ended and I flew back home to return for the 4th session at Weona.  Here I got an 8th grade cabin, the complete opposite of my 2nd session one.  Despite the cabin our CIT group slowly finished off the summer and got to closure the 2nd last day.  This day was filled of the most emotion I've ever experienced in my life.  The people I met at Weona this summer were extraordinary, amazing, and just the best people ever.  This session ended and I decided to stay with 6 other of the 16 CITS for a one week soccer / Epileptic camp.  My cabin once again was really good for this session.  This week I did some final closure on my best summer ever and here I am now.  Changed, effected, and better I feel as the final days of this summer of 2001 come to an end.

*Well....its been a good school year, minus chemistry (thank god I passed the final exam).  This Sunday I leave for CIT'ing at my camp and later going to Europe to play some soccer.  I'm not sure what updates I'll throw in over the summer, maybe I'll get inspired to write some new lyrics/poetry while I'm gone.  If nothing else, check my music site for my new song sometime soon, its reallllly good!
