surprise bday party for katessa tonight! we weren't sure if she would be able to come or not until this morning, heh. that was a little scary. it's gonna be good.

we played tennis for about 20 minutes this morning during 1st hour. it is freakin hot outside! i was sweating like a pig. :)

why is it that when people are together for at least 6 months, people always assume you've discussed marriage? what is up with that? just because i don't want to get married when i graduate i am automatically a weirdo? people around here are crazy. the standard here is get pregnant when you graduate and get married in the summer. and you wonder why half of the marriages end up in divorce?

well, i never got online last night. i didn't really have time. i have been studying like a mofo for the acts this saturday. i have decided to just take distance learning through the school next year. we filled out our schedules yesterday. i am taking: english, anantomy, psychology, distance learning (2 hours), business computer applications, and band. If my schedule works out. my alternate elective is yearbook. this year they're not letting us pick the hours that we want. the computer is doing it randomly, which sucks. if i don't have any classes with my friends i am going to be mad and i am going to get my schedule fixed. this year she messed my schedule up too. grr. anyway.

blaine and i are going to go eat at ihop tonight. i really like their food. i have to be home by 9 tonight because i have been really tired and my dad wants me rested for acts. i am hoping i make a 30 on them this time. last year i made a 24 and i didn't study at all. i want to at least make a 28. i took the trig test tuesday at poteau for the scholastic meet and i ranked 2nd out of about 20. i was happy.

i got my pictures developed from prom so i will have to post them eventually. i am looking for a job today. i am going to call all 3 western sizzlins to see if they are hiring waitresses or cashiers and i am calling hardees again to see if they're hiring. well, i am gonna go check some sites out.

i'm in computer class right now and we're about to go to lunch so i can't write very much. hopefully i will get on tonight so i can talk about prom. it was really fun. i had a great time. i thought it would be better, but it was still good. i was so tired after prom. i didn't even feel like bowling. well, i am going to go eat some macaroni and cheese.

guess what tonight is??? PROM!! woo hoo!! i'm a little excited. ;) at 11:00 katessa and i are going to run at the track. at 2 i have a hair appointment, and then i am going to pick katessa up from getting her hair done. then, we're going to my house to do makeup. after that, i am taking her back to her house at a quarter til 6 so that heath can pick her up from there. and then me, tiff, michael, heath, and katessa are meeting at george's so that we get to prom at the same time. we are taking group pictures at 6:30 and then individual pictures.

tiffany and katessa have to be home by 1-1:30, so i might just go home early, since blaine has to work in the morning anyway. blaine was going to take pictures with me, but he couldn't get off work. so he's just coming with me after prom. i guess that's fine. i need to call him to make sure he knows what we're doing today. maybe i'll go by his house and see him after i run. i dunno.

i did my nails last night. i bought some fake ones to put on. it's a french manicure with silvery shimmer on top of it. they're pretty. this is what i am doing for my makeup: i am going to put on gold eyeliner around my whole eye, with a little black eyeliner in the corners, with light gold shimmer stuff on top of it. for my lips, i am going to use dark pink liner and lipgloss, and then in the center i am putting a gold-bronze color to match my eyes. and i am using some shimmery lotion for my shoulders and chest and then i am putting gold shimmer powder on top of that so it will stay.

i think next year (senior year) i am going to go to university of arkansas at fort smith during the morning and then go to high school the last 3-4 hours. i have to go to the counselor's office monday and get the paperwork from her. none of my friends are doing it, they all decided they want to do the distance learning program with carl albert. and at uafs, i can choose the classes i take, instead of the mandatory ones you take through dl. casc is cheaper, and books are provided, but money really isn't an option. i have enough money saved up in the bank, and i am going to work full time this summer to pay for my next year. well, i don't have to pay for all of it, my parents are going to help me out some.

i am so BORED. and my throat hurts and i have a headache. :( i hope i'm not getting sick before prom. it might rain saturday too. i hope it doesn't. that would really suck. i haven't gotten online in a while. i've been really busy. we've decided that after prom we're going to go eat at ihop and then go bowling. blaine's also going to take pictures with me and then come with us afterwards. i'm excited. my curfew is 2 am. that's not bad i guess.

i have been working my butt off to get all the pictures posted in the gallery. you better go have a looksie.

other than that, i am completely stressed out. i have to take a trig test for the scholastic meet at my school, which means i have to study for the next week and a half. and then i have prom next week. i have to start studying for the acts which are in 2 weeks. and to top it off, colorguard try outs are next month and i have to make up a routine for captain try outs. i am thankful i don't have a job.

i am going to go run. maybe it will alleviate some of the stress.

i'm depressed today. i don't really know why. i just feel blah. the pictures from devil's den will be ready tomorrow. but i think i'm going to ask blaine if he will get them for me wednesday since he will be around there anyway. and it will save me a trip. i have a few pictures that i'm going to go post now.

well here i am in computer class. my head hurts and i'm hungry. i want school to be over to i can see blaine. i got the last parking space at school today. well, the last one in the lot that i park in. i always do that. one of these days i'm going to have to park in the far away one. and i'm going to be mad. i think they should make sophomores park in that one and juniors and seniors in the close one. heh. that would be mean, but there's not too many sophomores that drive, so. oh well.

oh my gosh, i had the BEST time friday at devil's den!! katessa ended up being too sick to go. but that's okay. everything was perfect. i can't wait to go again and go floating on the river there. when i got home from there, i ended up going and seeing how to lose a guy in 10 days with my parents. i had already seen it, but it was a great movie. and then saturday i went to fayetteville to see some friends from there. we just walked around the mall for a few hours. it was fun but i was really tired from the day before.

today, katessa and i went and tanned. then we went to the park to walk around. well, blaine was there playing basketball but i ignored him the whole time. i was mad at him. he said he wanted to lay around the house until he went to work. so apparenty he didn't want to see me today. so i figured he would be at the park so i 'just happened' to be there. he makes me mad sometimes. but i am supposed to go to his house befor he has to go to class at 4:30. so i will get to see him for an hour. ugh. that's not very long.

i DO NOT want to go back to school tomorrow!

well, tomorrow is the big devil's den trip! i still don't know if tiffany and michael are going. and brandon might come. but me and katessa don't want to invite brandon until we know if tiff and michael are going. for one, tiffany doesn't like brandon. and two, we'll be squished in my car like sardines. so. i do know that me, blaine, and katessa are going though. but it will be fun anyway. i'm thankful that it's not supposed to rain. i need to go buy stuff for it today. actually, i should have got off my butt and did that earlier. oh well. maybe in the morning? i need a disposable camera and some food. i will for sure post the pictures from it later.

i am BORED just sitting at home. i wish i had a job... that i actually like. ugh. why doesn't anyone hire me?? i had thought that since it was spring break, i would get to see blaine a lot. but it's not working out that way. he went to branson yesterday and he was supposed to get back today. i don't know if he had to work today or not. he hasn't called me.

i finally got the new layout up! how do you guys like it? well... why don't u tell me? i am about to go to russellville with my mom to take my brother and sister to a relatives house for a few days during spring break. it'll be nice and quiet for a few days here. i'm glad.

i got my report card the other day. i made all a's except a b for chemistry. i had an 89.6 or something and he wouldn't round up. grr... that makes me so freakin mad. maybe it will be an a for the semester. well, i have to go get ready to leave. see ya!

 well, we have a lot of phones that aren't in use! but ones that are plugged up we have only 1. but all of us have cell phones, so.

yes! ugh, i used to have a friend that always talked to other people around her instead of me. it drove me crazy!

5. would you rather pick up the phone and call someone or write them an e-mail or a letter? why or why not?
it depends on who it is. if it's one of my friends then i'll call them, if it's just an acquaintence then i'd rather email or im them.

sorry i haven't been posting very much the past few days. i've been working on a new layout. it is AWESOME!! i can't wait to get done with it. yay yay. and i've been playing around with my webcam and that's going to be on there. it's nifty.

i got a haircut thursday. i got major layers in it and i mostly kept the length. it's okay. i wish the it weren't so short now in front but i guess it'll grow. i called to make my appointment for prom but the chick that i want to do it won't be back until tuesday. ack! prom's in a month and i have much shopping to do! i am sooo excited tho! i can not wait...

since my parents won't let me stay the night anywhere during sprng break, me and katessa are going to devil's den to hike and stuff. it'll be good. i would much rather go to the beach... but... you know how that goes. i have to invite some people to go with us. i don't know if i'm asking blaine to come... he'll probably do his own vacation thing anyway. sigh.

 i like novels the best and i also like trashy magazines. it's all good.

i am trying to think of something witty and charming to say, but nothing is coming to mind. hmm. so i will talk about the weather. it was snowing earlier this morning. i wonder if it still is. it was freakin' cold this morning. it will be too cold to run outside all week. that sucks. i like to at least run once a week outside. hmph.

i had a dream last night that i missed going to prom. it was sad. i had forgotten to make an appointment to get my hair done and i hadn't bought shoes so i ended up wearing an old pair of flip flops with my dress. in the end i just decided not to go. i think i dreamed this because prom is a month away and i have yet to make a hair appointment and buy all the accessories. i am wanting to wear dance shoes with my dress. my dress is creme and gold and very poofy. i love it. i look like cinderella... at least that's what people tell me. you can't see my shoes anyway with my dress and they would be very comfortable. but i will have to order them SOON. or they won't come in at time. so many things to do...

1. what is your most prized material possession?
 my treadmill... i don't know what i'd do without it. i love to run outside, but not when it's cold or rainy. and sometimes i just don't want to leave the house.

2. what item, that you currently own, have you had the longest?
 wow.. um... this is a hard one. i still have all of my old school papers from around 2nd and 3rd grade that my mom kept.

3. are you a packrat?
 yes! i feel attached to everything i own! but i have to let go sometimes and throw my junk away.

4. do you prefer a spic-and-span clean house? Or is some clutter necessary to avoid the appearance of a museum?
 i love the look of a room that looks like it hasn't been lived in... but to have things surrounding you that has memories is very comforting.

5. do the rooms in your house have a theme? or is it a mixture of knick-knacks here and there?
 they have a theme to some extent. but it's not completely obvious with all th stuff we have in them.

well, i no longer have a job. hardees is now closed for good. so today afterschool i am going to apply at subway and georges. hopefully one of them will hire me. i'm keeping my fingers crossed. i got an application from books-a-million last night, but i really don't want to have to drive to fort smith 3-4 times a week to go to work.

blaine and i went and ate at the olive garden last night, too. i had cheese ravioli. it kinda upset my stomach. bleh. i wanted to go see a movie, but we didn't have time. oh well. i want to see a lot of movies thats out. daredevil, how to lose a guy in 10 days, the hours, confessions of a dangerous mind... there's some more but i can't remember them.

i still haven't watched the bachelorette yet. i didn't want to know who she picked until i watched it, but yesterday i was looking in the newspaper, i saw that it said she picked ryan. i was hoping she picked charlie. they go together better. and i can't believe he proposed too! omigosh.

i feel sick. :( i can't breathe through the left side of my nose; it sucks. the bachelorette doesn't come on until midnight again. that makes me mad. oh well. anyway. i went to blaine's today after school. he made me mad. he hadn't done his homework for engish so he did it while i was there. it wasn't very much fun for me just watching him write notecards. but he did say he'd make it up to me tomorrow. i bet he will. stupid baine. grr. i need some medicine. sniff sniff.

last night was awful!! arrggggh! winterguard danced last night, right? well, we were all doing good and during the sexy dance part at the end the freakin cd started skipping. and i don't mean little skips here and there. it skipped the whole time until the end. it made me so mad. the stupid thing had never skipped before. we all just stood there and started laughing and then we kept going after a while. grr. i wanted to break their stupid cd player. sigh. oh well. at least blaine got to come see me. that was nice.

saturday after tisha's baby shower, katessa and me went to go see hot chick. it's the greatest movie. i love it! it was so hilarious. i laughed so hard on that movie. and matt lawrence was completely hot in it. i gotta buy that movie. if you haven't seen it yet, you should definitely go see it!! the bell is about to ring for lunch but i'll be back on tonight.

ugh i am so tired but i decided i'm going to update anyway. katessa and i were going to go to watch the drill team dance at the basketball game tonight. we were going to just go to the halftime, well, i figured it would be at about 8:30, so we get there and it's already 3rd quarter. it made me so mad. oh well.

i had a good day today though. i ran afterschool and that made me feel good. and then i tanned and i got a lot darker. heh, i guess i'm preparing for prom and summer. working out and tanning. i think everyone's starting to. there's been a lot of people tanning lately. i'm going to have to start making appointments. i hate to do that. oh well.

i can't wait until tomorrow. i get to see blaine for about an hour before he goes to class. i decided i'm just going to make him some 'love coupons' for valentine's day. but mine are going to be funny. something like... for one night i won't pinch/bite you. hehe. oh and... i won't touch your radio when we're in your car. it'll be great. well,i guess i'm going to go work on them. bye bye.

yay!! it's snowing outside! i can't wait to go play in it later! i'm excitied. i didn't want to go to work anyway. it's so pretty outside. i'll have to post some pictures that my mom took on here. i haven't even taken a shower yet. i guess i'm going to go take a long bubble bath and get ready for work. i'm only supposed to work til dark when the roads start freezing over again since i live out in the country. i bet they don't like that. oh well, too bad for them. well, bye!
