The 1920 U.S. Census soundex for Michigan (Vol. 119, E.D. 299, Sheet 13,
Line 44) shows Alexander Kasner and his family living at 928 Kirby
Avenue, Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan. It shows he was white, age 28,
born in Russian Poland, and became a U.S. citizen in 1910 in Al. His
wife is shown as Bernice, age 27, born in Russian Poland, and became a
U.S. citizen in Al. Their daughter, Wanda J. Kasner, age 6, was born in
Michigan. Also living with the family were Mary M. Blosh, age 22, born
in Pennsylvania, relationship Boarder, and Julia C. Rubel, age 21, born
in Michigan, relationship Boarder.
