Clerical/Administrative Assistant (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers 1999-curent): Entering information into specific
databases. Type and finalize official Government letters. Organize office file systems. Install peripheral devices, and some software on, and
setup, office PC's, and other clerical type jobs.
Helpdesk Technician (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Jan.-April 2002): Took calls from customers
and if possible, instructed them how to fix various PC problems over the phone, physically worked on PC's
under supervision of other Technicians and on my own to fix software and hardware problems (not functioning properly),
entered calls in USD software, used One Point software for various user tasks (unlocking accounts, changing passwords, etc.) Other tasks
included: Updating winsig, copying files to the network and onto new PC's for customers and setting up
new PC's, fixing various printing problems with network and local printers, installing various software,
constructing network cable (RJ45, UTP cable), updating PC's with a newer version of Windows, and replacing
drives (CD-ROM, Floppy)
