This web page is dedicated to spammers in my home state who have decided to quit spamming. Hooray for social pressure! If you have been pestering these individuals about their behavior, you should stop.
In the face of public outcry (not to mention lawsuits from AOL and Symantec) George proclaimed that the spam business "isn't worth it any more". Since then, Dr. Fatburn still sells sugar pills (by the sea shore?), but not by email. Hooray for George!
I started this listing after receiving one spam, and extended it after another.
George Moore called me on 2003/03/02 at 2:01pm EST. He made various threats and demanded that I take down this web page or face legal action. On 2003/03/31 I received a Petition for Peace Order from the Sheriff's department, telling me to appear in Glen Burnie District Court. The case was heard on 2003/04/07, and found clearly in my favor.

Several of these domains changed their registration information in 2003. Instead of G.A. Moore and M.I.M. Inc, many refer to "John Smitherine" or "Domain Management Corp", who happen to share George's PO Box and phone number. Bizarre coincidence, or intentional deception?

On 2003/04/07 George Alan Moore Jr testified under oath before the Anne Arundel District Court in Glen Burnie MD that he is not affiliated with the International Vicuna Exporters Association. Specifically, he had "never heard of them". This statement (available from the court clerk's office as a CD recording) is interesting because many Vicuna web sites were previously registered under his name and address, and many M.I.M. web sites use Vicuna-owned DNS servers.

Good news! On 2003/04/16 it appears that all of these domains were disabled (removed from DNS) by their registrar. 100 down, 10000 to go.
On 2003/05/28, after receiving spams for used laboratory equipment, I looked up BuffaloQ/Labmaker's ARIN registration and discovered that their address (8533 Ashwood Dr) was exactly the same as WellTech (owned by Doohan Kwak), a company that sells used laboratory equipment. Isn't that an interesting coincidence? I called Doohan and asked about Labmakers, but he said he didn't know them. On 2003/06/03 I received more spams, and emailed Doohan about it.
On 2003/06/06, Doohan called me. He was very angry. Meanwhile, their ARIN listing was changed (11900 Forst Dr). However, when I called 301-350-9287 (a woman answered as "Buffalo-Q") and asked about email from Labmakers, the receptionist handed the phone to Doohan, who yelled at me again. Odd that Doohan doesn't know Labmakers, yet he answers the phone them.
After this last barrage of bluster, the spam from Labmakers.com silently stopped.
I haven't found much about this spammer except for a stated address in Maryland. Mr "Clomer" appears to be working with Farhad Islam (itraxsoul.com), a spammer in Pakistan. Silent since March 2003.
