jumpiness,(people startle at sudden sounds);
cold sweat;
pounding heart;
out of breath;
upset stomach (with nausea and vomiting);
tension;
constant feeling of fatigue and tiredness (even after you get a good night's sleep you wake up just feeling like you went to sleep five minutes ago); and
distant 1000 metre stare(eventually you may see people walking around just staring).
