Lit. circles start January, 2003.
Students will be developing reading schedules in cooperation with group members. Each student will be required to stay on schedule, reading no more or less than the schedule dictates (although rereading sections is encouraged). Reading independently will be followed by group discussions in which members reading the same novel will retell, relate and reflect on what has been read to that point. Sometimes, students will be assigned specific roles and will have to report special information or ideas back to the group. Please look over the pictures below...
