    p. 6 He enjoyed Boyd Henshaw's books, Ways to Amuse a Dog
    and Moose on Toast.

    P.10 Doesn't like doing book reports or writing ("This is hard work," he writes on p.15.) Later, he starts to enjoy writing ("I even sort of miss writing now that I've finished your questions.")
