Your READING JOURNAL is a place where you can tell me about the books you read. You should write something every week.

In your letters, you will:

• Tell me who the main characters are and what they are like
• Write a short summary of the plot (what happens in the story?)
• Tell me what you thought and felt as you read the book
• Ask questions

You may write your letters in class (e.g. on Friday) or at home. Please put the date in the top right hand corner and be sure to tell me the title and the author.
