In Chapter 24 Govind says, "Our lives are all connected and intertwined". Explain how different lives become intertwined in the novel.







Writing

Near the end of the novel, Govind is almost killed. Later, he spends some time in a police cell. These experiences probably make him think hard about his life. Imagine that he writes his thoughts in a diary. What would he say?
