One of my favorite hobbies is playing RPGs or "Role Playing Games." No I'm not a total freak and yes I do see the light of day on occasion. I have played a variety of different games over the years, both good and bad. The following pages contain a variety of game related material that I find to be useful, or at least interesting.

General Interest

SAGA (Springfield Area Gamers Association):     After high school I spent quite some time looking for a mature, serious gaming group in my town. However, I found that gaming subgroups tend to be very tight-knit and xenophobic. One day at college I happened upon a flyer for SAGA. From then on my gaming troubles were over.     SAGA is a private gaming club that actively recruits serious gamers from Springfield Missouri and the surrounding area. If you live near Springfield, MO check SAGA out. If not, try finding (or starting) a gaming club in your area. We gamers gotta stick together.

RPGA (Role Playing Game Association):     The RPGA in an international gaming organization. The RPGA is the central organization for what are known as living campaings. You can create a character according to RPGA standards and play it at any RPGA sanctioned game on Earth (provided the other participants are ok with it.) All of your character's experience and special items are certified. Today it is hard to find a gaming convention that does not have several RPGA campaigns on the schedule. Even if you are not intersted in living campaigns, the RPGA has plenty of free downloads (character sheets galore!)
