What can be returned: Best Buy Jeep Frame will accept anything purchased from us except special orders for return or exchange for any reason with in a period of 30 days from the invoice date. You will receive a full credit for the parts only. We do not credit shipping charges. After 30 days, we will accept only defective parts for repair or exchange at our option. Items returned are subject to a 15% reboxing and restocking charge.
What cannot be returned: Best Buy Jeep Frame will not accept for return any special order, customer built parts, or any item built to customer specifications. Items that have need used, mortified, altered or allowed to deteriorate to a condition where they cannot be resold as new, will not be accepted.
Exchanges: When returned items to be exchanges, we must have the returned item in our possession before we can send out the exchanged parts without charging you for the item. If you absolutely must have an item before returning another part, we will be glad to ship the new item you on a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card and issue you a credit when your return arrives in good condition.
How do I return Parts?
You must use the following procedures when returning parts:
1. Call us at 708-268-2485.
Please have your invoice handy when talking to our customer service department.
2. Send your return to the address on your invoice by whatever shipping method
is most convenient for you. You must prepay the shipping charges to us. We will
not accept a C.O.D. shipment.
3. Upon receipt of your return, the parts will be inspected and exchanges for
the correct part or a credit will be issued. If there is a problem, you will
be contacted by a customer service representative.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The purchaser is responsible for determining the suitability of any and all products purchased from Best Buy Jeep Frame LLC
Purchaser understands and recognizes that off road parts equipment and services provided by, manufactured and/or sold by Best Buy Jeep Frame LLC are subject to varied conditions due to the manner in which they are to be installed and used. Purchaser further recognizes and agrees that suitability of any part sold or manufactured by Best Buy Jeep Frame LLC for a particular application is the purchaser’s decision and the purchaser is not relying on the skill or judgment of Best Buy Jeep Frame LLC regarding suitability of any product or service. Best Buy Jeep Frame LLC makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written to purchasers. There is no warranty of merchantability made to purchasers with regard to off road use with the exception of those specific products covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Limited Lifetime Warranty: With hot dipped galvanized only. Otherwise, 5 year all other terms apply. This warranty is limited to the specific products manufactured by Best Buy Jeep Frame LLC and the original owner only. Proof of purchase will be required. Claims must be shipped to Best Buy Jeep Frame LLC. A copy of the original invoice and $20.00 (to cover cost of handling and return freight must be included)
Liability is limited to
repair or replacement of defective parts to original purchaser. Best Buy Jeep
Frame LLC is not liable for any consequential damages, expenses or injury arising
from the use, misuse or improper installation of any product manufactured or
sold by Best Buy Jeep Frame LLC. Best Buy Jeep Frame LLC reserves the right
to make changes in design or add to or improve their product without incurring
any obligation to install the same on any products previously manufactured.
This warranty shall not apply to any product that may be covered under the warranty
of another manufacturer or with has been repaired or altered in any ways so
as in our judgment to affect its performance; nor which has been subject to
misuse, abuse, negligence or any other occurrence beyond the control of Best
Buy Jeep Frames LLC
