Differential diagnoses

Brachystomellidae
Mandible absent.

Neanuridae
Between stipe and fulcrum of maxilla there is an individualized cardo (fig.1b). Mandible present but reduced without molar plate (fig.1b&c). Mucro never trilamellate.

Odontellidae
Between stipe and fulcrum of maxilla there is no individualized cardo (fig.1c). Mandible present but reduced without molar plate (fig.1b&c). Mucro often trilamellate (fig.2).
