The Compond

Watching the news one night I saw a story they did on this cult like church. The news story told of a people being suckered into this releigion where your forced to give money, forced to convert other people into the church, among other things and if you don't your told that god is unhappy with you and the church looks down on you. Hummmm, this sounds more like brian washing the helping people find spirtal enlightenment. Infact the head guy of this so called church lived in a beautiful Beverly Hills house and drives several expensive cars. He covers him self by saying that he doesn't own any of it, that the church does, yet he owns the church. Honestly it's a good way to cover your ass for tax  purposes and he can also say technically he broke. To me this guy is scum bag from the word go.
So I deceided I had to check out this place myself. So I did some investagation and found that the church bought some private property that they now call the "Compound". This only sparked my interest even more. So I found where the place was located, on a private road located at the end of a dead end street, in the town of Glendora, CA. I follow my map as best I could, cause the private road is not located on any of the on-line maps. Alas, I fould the road that would lead me to the Compound.
I followed the winding road down into a valley. Trees surrounded me making the area a very nice veiw but also very secluded from any type of prying eyes.About a mile down the road at the bottom of this valley was creek with a one car bridge going over it. I parked my car here in a small clearing. I contenued on foot and little did I know how much further I would have to walk. 
As I came in a clearing I saw what I personally think shouldn't be at a church, a security guard station house. So I grab a couple quick pitures and tried to stay clear of it. Didn't want to be caught and thrown out before I got the pictures I wanted to take of the place. As I sneaked around the "Compound" I never saw many people but I did see enough cars. The road through and around the "Compound circled around the place.
I followed the road trying to stay out of site. I noticed that his place had more buildings than most "normal" churches would ever need. I mean this place was much bigger than I expected and there was a good dozen of these builds. These builds looked like there were set up for people to leave in but since I couldn't see any people I could confirm there actual use. The building were usally out in the open and to be honest folks I was to afraid to run out into the open like that.
So I keep to the shadows taking my pictures trying to see what I could see. I had my didgital camera and a 35mm with zoom for closer shots. I finally found there actual place of worship located in the back of the "Compound", which was not located in that actual chapel at the front of the "Compound". I grabbed my 35mm and begain shooting away capturing pics of the people there. I'm telling you I had some great pictures taken. But as I was sitting there with my attention on taking pictures security
found me. As they "releived me of my 35mm camera I slide the memory from my digital camera and hide it in a pocket. So they took my cameras and ended up excorting me out of the compound. Unfortunately they took the film from the 35mm and it had the best pics of the place. Humm.... so my questions ends up being, what upstanding church has it's own security service and what are they
trying to keep a secert? So at this time I can only report what I saw, I wish I had more to tell you freakers. I think the true mystery can only be told with a future investagation. Till then I only hope they don't drink the punch.
