Lytana hails from Fort Hold. She is a woman of 17 turns with green eyes and brown hair. She likes to cook and sew. Her parents are Kilara and Mercanth. Mercanth takes care of the Runner Beasts for Fort. Lytana spends most of her days in the kitchens helping her mother.
Lytana was walking along a beach one day when she discovered a Firelizard clutch. She waited for the mother to fly away before going to the nest. Just as she got there a crack appeared on one of the eggs. Out came a blue snout. Once he was free Lytana picked him up and said, "I'll call you Kylan." Then another hatched this one she named Freisha. It was a Green. Fearful of the mother's return she left with her new Firelizards.

A few days after this Lytana was helping her Father with the Runner Beasts. Then out of the sky swooped a Dragonrider. Lytana was curious and went to see. As soon as she arrived, the Dragonrider came up to her and smiled. Lytana was flustered. He smiled and asked her to accompany him in a dance that night. She said yes.
Later that night while they were dancing, a smirk appeared on his lips. "Can I ask you something?" he said. "Why not?" Said Lytana. "Can you hear this?" he asked. "The music of course." She said. "No! My dragon."He spat. "Oh yes. I'm sorry I did not understand." She mumbled. "That's ok." He smiled.
A week after this he returned again. He strode up to Lytana and announced she had been Searched. He was to take her to Dragonsclan Weyr to await impression. She was too shocked to speak. Her father and mother waved to her as the Dragon lifted off.
Now she must await impression and learn her Candidate lessons well.
