Archer class Missile Frigate

Source message

I worked up a couple of TL12 missile bay armed SDBs, one at 1000 and one at 2000 tons. This was prompted by a comment (I can't find anymore) about having tenders carry shoals of 1000 or 2000 ton missile bay armed ships.

See also the Crossbow class Missile Frigate, built on the same idea but larger.
