COMMENTS
The Frog3 class is an attempt at duplicating the Frog planetoid design
of a well defended vessel. It is primarily intended as a system monitor,
though it does mount a jump drive (it does not have fuel for a jump,
relying on drop tanks for required fuel when mobility is required).
Because of the lower effective armor for a standard metal hull, a number
of backup systems were included.
