COMMENTS
The IN ship type code of "Barge, Unpowered" is uninspiring, but this module
is a useful addition to many highports and other orbital facilities.
They can be assembled into large office blocks in a ground installation as well.
They can also be attached to starships that can accomodate such a large module
for transport to other systems (a Jump Ship can transport 20 of these).
With their own power plant and control systems, they are self-sufficient for up to
a month if placed in a stable orbit. The staterooms are split so that each
sophont has a 2 ton office and 2 tons of living space. The 11 Air/Rafts are
sufficient to carry all of the staff. The IN buys many of these for
installation at naval bases and depots. They are sometimes transported to systems
dealing with disasters as part of the administrative tail for the naval
squadrons in the system.
