COMMENTS
The Tulip10 class is the smallest practical spinal mount armed ship
at TL10.  While it could be a bit smaller, that would remove the
sand caster and laser turrets. It's only defences are the sandcasters,
and the only offensive armament other than the spinal mount are the
lasers.  Upgrading this design from TL9 to TL10 allowed a smaller,
yet more powerful, spinal mount to be installed, and the computer has
been upgraded. With all these changes, we still get much more cargo
space which can store almost 3 months of supplies.
