COMMENTS
The Tulip11 class is the smallest practical spinal mount armed ship at
TL11.  While it could be a bit smaller, that would remove the sand
caster and laser turrets.  It's only defences are the sandcasters, and
the only offensive armament other than the spinal mount are the lasers.
Upgrading this design from TL10 to TL11 allowed a smaller, yet more
powerful, spinal mount to be installed (though it costs more power to
run, and thus a larger power plant), and the computer has been upgraded.
There is almost no cargo space on this version however.
