Tulip class TL13 spinal armed SDB

Source message

Here is the TL13 version: The power plant tonnage change to TL13 made a big difference in this one. There was so much extra space this time I figured the crew needed a break.

COMMENTS
The Tulip13 class is the smallest practical spinal mount armed ship at
TL13. While it could be a bit smaller, that would remove the sand
caster and laser turrets. It's only defences are the sandcasters, and
the only offensive armament other than the spinal mount are the lasers.
Upgrading this design from TL12 to TL13 allowed a smaller, yet more
powerful, spinal mount to be installed, and the computer has been
upgraded. Also, the entire crew now gets individual staterooms.
There are almost six months of cargo space on this version.
