Simplified Mail-Order.
At the request of a number of our authors, we have introduced a simplified mail-order system.

If you want your book Christmas Gift-wrapped - Click HERE]The customer does not need to know how much you pay for the books or CDs.
We can send them to the customer under your name as sender if you wish.
Turn-around time is 10 - 14 days.
We can happily fill orders for overseas - email us for a quote for postage and handling.
With this simplified system, there is no need for you to stock extra copies of your publication, or keep on hand supplies of packaging materials, stamps, courier coupons, etc.
Indent Order System
As from 1 July 2005, L&R Hartley will accept orders from authors for copies of their own books using our new Indent Order System.
Here is how it works
You
send us an email and request to be included in our Indent Order System.We will send you a password and a designated credit limit (based on the cost of your book plus freight multiplied by 10)
You can then send us orders by email up to the value of your designated credit limit.
We will, as soon as is possible despatch the book/s based on your email request and advise you by email when this is done.

At the same time that you email your order, If you are an Australian Author, we request that you mail us a cheque and a printed copy of your email. Note: This applies to Australian Authors only. For authors from all other countries, we will email you back with an online payment invoice and you will have seven days to make your payment. You only need to make a payment for the specific order, not the full credit limit, however, you may (at the same time) pay any additional amount in advance if you anticipate sales that will require immediate dispatch.
When we receive your payment we will then send you a receipt by email.
Once your designated credit limit is reached, we will hold subsequent orders until payment is received and process them then.
