As of January 5th, the electrical and plumbing installations were ready for inspection. The gas line had not been run yet, so expect inspectors to be called in later this coming week. All windows have been installed, sewer and water lines connected, and perminent supports for the two porch roofs installed. |

As of Jan 11, the electrical inspection had been completed and the plumbing inspection was due to be accomplished Monday, Jan 14. After that, the house can be insulated, and subsequent to the insulation inspection, can be dry walled.
By early February the insulation had been installed and inspected; the dry wall work nearly finished, and vinyl siding was being installed. It appears that the house should be ready for occupancy by late March. |
By the 20th of March, the interior walls were finished and painted; electrical fixtures were being installed;
appliances were ready for installation; vinyl siding was completely installed; and floor coverings were next before
kitchen cabinet installation. At this time, it appears that closing will be in
early June. The Certificate of Occupancy was issued by Fremont County on June 5, 2002.
