September 5,1638     - The birth of King LouisXIV. September 7, 1651     - The ceremony to mark the end of         his minority. (age 13) March 9, 1661     - He goverend France. 1643     - The year he officially became                King. 1658     - Married Marie Therese, daughter          of PhilipIV. 1672     - Gathered an army against                     Holland. 1683     - Second period of his reign. 1685     - Forced 200,000 Huguenots into             exile. 1715     - King LouisXIV's death and end of         reign.
