| Origin: Thailand, Java, Sumatra, Borneo. Temperament: Fairly good community fish. Peaceful. Size: Up to 10cm (4") Temperature: 70-80°F or 21-27°C pH Level: 6.5 to 7.0 Food: Flake food, pellets, worms, crustaceans, insects. Tank Setup: Must be kept with peaceful species, and there must be retreats for them, such as plants, crevices, etc. Breeding: Not known to have been bred in captivity. Sexing: Difficult.. Comments: This fish is very delicate. If you are going to keep it, make sure it is in a shoal of six or more, they feel more secure in bigger numbers. |
