ID Cards

All Spouses of Soldiers and their Children (by the time they are 10 yrs old) should have an ID Card. If the soldiers have a child that does not reside with him (normally) they are able to receive a card at any age and should. For instance a child that lives with their mother and not the soldier. That is the only way that child will receive military benefits, medical, dental, commissary etc. That child becomes the sponsor for the former spouse on military installations.
