"Yo, Brian," Alex said as he came up to his new friend and band mate, Brian Littrell. His light blue eyes sparkled in the sun light and his light brown hair seemed alomst blonde as the hot afternoon Floridian sun shined over them.
     "Oh, hey Alex, wassup?'
"Um, my friend, Samantha, has heard about the group and YOU, for that matter, and she wants to know if she can have your phone number? Is it okay if I give it to her?"
     "Hi Sammy, what's up?"
"Oh, hey there Alex. Nothing here, you?" a young blonde girl turned around to face her longtime friend, Alex McLean.
"Oh well, you know how I told you about that knew group I just joined?" Samantha Stonebraker nodded. Her chocolate brown eyes focused on Alex in ceriousity, waiting to find out what the question would be. "Well, one of the memebers, Brian, wants your number."
"Samantha! Phone!" Once Samantha heard her mother's shout, she rushed towards the phone so she wouldn't get angery.
     "Hello?"
"Hi, uh, Samantha?" the young southern man cleared his throut after speaking.
     "Yes. Do I know you?"
"Huh? This is Brian. Didn't Alex tell you I was calling?"
"Oh, hi. No, Alex didn't tell me you were gunna call. But he DID tell me that a Brian Littrell wanted my number." Samantha sat, twidling the phone cord around her pointer finger.
"That would be me," Brian laughed. "but he told me that YOU wanted MY number. And since you didn't call, I decided to call you." the two teenagers started laughing.
Samantha looked at her clock. It had been over three hours Brian and her had been talking since he called. Samantha was surprised time went by that fast. they had just been telling their life stories to eachother. "Hey, do you wonna meet somewhere? Like, between our houses?" Samantha paused. She didn't  know what to say. She didn't really know him. But he sounded like a genuine sweetheart. And he IS one of Alex's friends.
     "Sure."
