How To Lose Weight
Ok. So you have all seen those super skinny dolls I have all over my web site. I know lots of you probably arn;t that skinny. Very few people are. So here are a few health ways to lose weight. It's not a super fast thing but it may help.  And rember this page has not been doctor approved. If you really truly wish to lose weight I suggest to contact a professional.
Try to cut sugars and fatty foods

Hydroginated oils are a definate "no no"

Work out  ( I do 140 sit ups, 50 push ups... 10 sit ups, 35 sit ups, 10 push ups, 35 situps, 10 puch ups, 35 sit ups, 10 puch ups, 35 sit ups, 10 puch ups )

You only need 2 teaspoons of sugar a day, after that your body stores fat

You need to burn 3500 calories to lose a pound

Not eating or barfing up your food casues the opposite to happen... you will become sick and ugly.

Drink lots of water

Fruit and veggies are your friends, but you can't JUST eat them.

Any form or working out is great... dance around your room for five minutes every day.
