What To Eat During Pregnancy
When you are pregnanct it
is a must to eat healthy. Getting the right amount of everything you need.
Take note of the foods on this website, and try to eat as many of them
as possible. I will soon have up one or two diet plans for a mother to
use for every trimester of her pregnancy, so check back in a few days!
You should eat extra protein,
get vitamins (particularly folic acid, one of the B vitamins), minerals
are needed, and also extra fibre since expectant mothers are prone to constipation.
You do not need extra carbohydrates or fat! Fried foods and spicy foods
should be avoided! Please don't drink sodas, or anything with cafeine.
Eat a few fruits and vegetables every day.
Try eating a fresh salad, with
boiled egg, an apple, lettuce, tomato, even cucumber some grated carrot,
and and orange juice or any other natural fruit juice.
