With Classmates...

We have difficulties, sometimes, with classmates, which is basically normal. Sometimes, there are misunderstandings, misconceptions and a lot of MISes. Well, we try to solve them in the best way we could, but it really depends on the other party if they would be willing to accept the plan to change and settle the conflict. If the other party is not willing, please be informed that our group will not retaliate or anything else that would prolong the conflict. We remain neutral and we are always willing to talk, until the concerned people are ready. Some fights with classmates are minor. As usual, some classmates would like to destroy the group, bombarding it with issues, stupid and offensive words, destroying us with other people, and whatever other tactics they might have up in their sleeves. But nevertheless, the group remains to be firm and united, and there is really nothing people can do about it, but accept.

When problems with classmates become grave, though we really have not encountered such, we try to help one another, though we try not to be bias about the matter. As much as possible, we help both parties, not just our member. This is another thing we value. Let it be understood that whenever a conflict has been established between a person and a member of the FFC, we weigh carefully the consequences and look for all the possible solutions, but we never will result in violence as a means of solving a problem. It is obvious that a problem could not be solved by covering it with another.
