TEAM ROSTERS: A ROSTER FORM WILL BE MAILED TO YOU AFTER BY JANUARY 31, 2003

TRAVEL FORMS: STATE APPROVED TRAVEL FORMS ARE MANDATORY

DUE BY JANUARY 15, 2001.

GAME SCHEDULES WILL BE MAILED DURING THE SECOND WEEK OF JANUARY, 2003.
