But when Phoebe refuses to accept Rachel's claims of the illicit liplock ("You're so...vanilla"), it's up to Melissa to clear the air. 02/01/01 - THE ONE WHERE ROSITA DIES (New Episode): Jason Alexander guest stars as Earl, a cubicle dweller on the verge of a breakdown in this amusing outing. It's the first of four February Friends episodes that will run 40 minutes. On Phoebe's first day as a telemarketer, she reaches out and touches Earl, a despondent office manager who responds to her sales pitch with a suicide threat. A frantic Phoebe then scrambles to keep edgy Earl from going postal. Meanwhile, the Gellar siblings also face high drama when Monica thinks their parents love Ross more than her.
