Renovations are costly. I paid less than $5,000 for That 70's Trailer but it may cost that to remodel it. I live on about $400 a month and I'm one of those evil single moms. I pick up much of my wood and supplies second hand or off Freecycle locally. Friends and family always seem to have an eye out. So if you are local and have building supplies you think I might want, then please, contact me. I'm also willing to pay for some if they are spectacularly good.

Canvas totes are at the top of my list right now.

Items for That 70's Trailer are being chosen with care. I'm always looking for lamps and installed lighting of the era. I'm in particular looking for some kitchen lighting to hang in what will be the new breakfast nook. Again, I will pay for some items.

I'm also interested in 70's era home products. We are currently looking for a popcorn popper, the one seen here is the type both Tarquin and I would really like to find. Because I'm going to be doing a Hello Kitty theme please don't offer appliances unless you are positive I'd like them. I do have a wishlist that can be found at the bottom of this page.

Or any popper of this era really. I'd like to build a small collection of the most unique poppers from the 70's and any and all will find a good home here. Just email me or contact me via instant messenger.

Ronco/K-Tel  items are also wanted. We have a bottle cutter which actually works if you are patient with cutting.

Anything still in a box is desired. Will pay for some. Even looking for K-Tel records. I do have a turntable!!

Kitchen items are never bad. I do have a fondue pot so unless yours is amazing I'm probably not interested in it.

Clothing. Contact me first. I'm only really looking for fairly interesting pieces. Hostess dresses and Laura Ashley gowns. Plus size a plus!

Money. Never a bad thing. Donate to me via Paypal. There are three levels to money donations:

$5 earns you my lasting gratitude. You've just probably made me able to purchase a new item for That 70's Trailer or paid for pizza while Tarquin and I slave away at new renovations! Thanks!!

$25 Means I will be RUNNING not walking to Big Lots to grab a box of laminate flooring. I will grab the box photo it and send you a picture within 48 hours. I solemnly swear that this button amount will only be used for flooring until I have my goal of 10 boxes.

$100 is the biggest. And I know. It is a lot of money. But that is about 1/2 of the cost of my rent. Which means I would have $100 to put into lumber extra in a month. Which means projects get done faster. Which means I can work on the page and share it. And have time to work on the book I am working on for the trailer. If you donate this much you will get the book free when it is finished.

You can also choose your own amount. Even $1 helps. But do keep in mind that Paypal does take  a percentage (1.9% to 2.9% + $0.30 USD) of the money I receive. That's the drawback to the convenience of Paypal I'm afraid. So please keep it in mind if you decide to donate.

Gift cards to Lowes and Bed Bath and Beyond (see totes) are also welcome.  Or email me and I'll send you a list of places I plan on getting supplies or household items at.

Any other great 70's items will be considered. Although I have a fantasy about owning a great big ugly 1970's car (Vista Cruiser anyone) I'm asking that unless you think I can't possibly pass it up, don't offer me a car. Much as I'd love to have one it would have to be pretty amazing for me to want it.
