After several attempts, Mr. Skeets was finally able to win the Intercontinental Title, by defeating Nate Palm in the first ever Cardboard Box Match. Skeets carried the title proudly, defending it whenever asked, but his reign was abruptly ended when the returning Delinquent defeated him on the August 13th edition of Storm.
