NEWS

3/9/05 - Well, it's finally happened. I've finished updating the site into html coding, so feel free to browse through and notice the changes. I'm still feeling fairly motivated, so don't be surprised to see a few additions to the site either.

7/1/01 - Just an update on the tapings; the dates were wrong on the taping, so the dates have been fixed and now they are correct. Also, we are putting up an order section to the site, where you can order FWF merchandise.

6/30/01 - FWF Saturday Storm is in the books, and the webpage has been updated to fit it. Several new champions were crowned, and the abbreviated results are posted. The results will be elaborated on once the tape is made available to me.

6/27/01 - After the hiatus of nearly nine months, FWF is returning! We have set an event date for this coming Friday, June 29th. FWF Saturday Storm will originate from the FWF's arena, and results will be posted, as soon as they are available. Another piece of noteable news is that the FWF Website has lost the address of fwfwrestling.net. Namezero has decided to become a paysite, and since the FWF doesn't feel like dishing out money every month, we haven't renewed the site. The next update will probably be the results for the next episode of Storm.

4/22/01 - I know it's been a while since our first event was supposed to take place, but due to factors beyond our control, the event will be pushed back. The new date is unknown, but when it happens, it will be posted here.

4/7/01 - The FWF has made a number of wrestler signings official. First the FWF has signed Jake Calhoun, an accomplished amateur wrestler, and one of the best in the state of Wisconsin. The FWF has also signed Marquis and Jaquan Sanders, a pair of brothers from the ghetto in New York City. Their bios are up now in the profiles section. The weather at the FWF Arena is also getting better, so events will probably start soon, with a new edition of FWF Saturday Storm, tentatively scheduled for 4/14/01. We will have to see what FWF Champion The Ice has to say about Pirahna, Ted McDougal, and his controversial title win at Odd Man Out. Also, the new Tag Champs, Brain Damage will be there, along with Intercontinental Champ, Sexy Bear, Hardcore Champ Eddie McPhereson, and the rest of the FWF.

2/26/01 - Events have been named for the FWF's return. We will pick up with new episodes of Saturday Storm, which will ultimately lead up to the next PPV, FWF Brawl for All. The main event for Brawl for All will be the Brawl for All match. In the Brawl for All, two wrestlers will start out in the ring, and when one is eliminated, the next wrestler will run out, and the winner will recieve an FWF title shot at Wrestlefest 2001. No matches have been named for any of these events.

2/26/01 - We are now looking at some new additions to our roster, including some new young prospects. The FWF has officially signed "Virg", and a Lucha Libre wrestler, named El Tigre de San Juan de la Manana. They will probably debut when events resume. Also, the FWF is in talks with an accomplished amateur wrestler. We will continue to keep you updated.

8/26/00 - The FWF is now on hiatus, as the FWF Arena is an outdoor arena, so there will be no events held until the weather gets better.

8/26/00 - Odd Man Out is in the history books. The event saw the Hardcore Title defended, the Intercontinental Championship remaining with Sexy Bear, and The Ice winning the World Title, as well as the previously vacant Tag Team Titles being won by Ted McDougal & Delinquent.
