FWF Saturday Storm - June 17th, 2000
The show starts off with footage of the finish of the World Title Match at Wrestlefest, with Mr. Hawke accidentally hitting Ted with the belt, distracting The Ice, and allowing him to be downed with the Bagpipes. Ted came out first, and stated that last night was a great night for him and all of his fans, when he won the FWF World Heavyweight Wrestling Championship. But before he could say anything else, The Ice came out. Ice said, that it was unfair that Mr. Hawke interfered in the match last night, and he demanded a rematch against Ted on Storm. Ted said that he was in a giving mood, and since he was a fighting champion, that he would grant The Ice a rematch for the main event on Storm.
FWF HARDCORE CHAMPIONSHIP
Hardcore Beary vs. Lazaro Gonzalez(c)
This match was signed after Lazaro turned his back on Hardcore Beary at Wrestlefest. This match started off going right for the weapons. Hardcore took the early advantage against the much larger Lazaro. Lazaro fought back though, hitting his jumping piledriver, and getting a two count.. These two kept fighting, until Lazaro was able to get the three count. Right after though, Mr. Skeets ran out and attacked Lazaro! Lazaro ran, away, climbing to the top of the FWF Arena, as Skeets tried to take him up on the 24/7 defense rule (2:29).
FWF HARDCORE CHAMPIONSHIP
Mr. Skeets vs. Lazaro Gonzalez(c)
When we got back from break, Lazaro was still hiding up on the roof, with Skeets waiting below. Lazaro tried to sneak down and run with his title, but Skeets jumped him from behind and the match ensued. Skeets took the advantage, just beating on Lazaro with weapons. Then, Mr. Skeets locked in the Sharpshooter, but as soon as he did, Nate Palm ran in and attacked Skeets! As this was going, Lazaro ran away with his title. Nate Palm proceded to beat on Skeets, and left (2:06).
FWF INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP
Sexy Bear vs. Delinquent(c)
Sexy Bear made his way to the ring and danced for a while. Then Delinquent's music hit. But Delinquent failed to appear. The referee went back to check on him, and when he came out, he announced that Delinquent was in a car crash on the way to the arena. Therefore the winner was Sexy Bear. The fate of the Intercontinental title was unknown though.
Nate Palm vs. Eddie McPhereson
Nate entered first, then, Eddie, who proceded to give everyone in the ringside area a hug. Palm had had enough of this, and jumped Eddie from behind. Palm kept the advantage throughout the match, but as soon as Eddie got up, he became confused, and attacked the cameraman. Palm, then turned Eddie around, and let him have some free shots, which Eddie used to slap Palm. Then Palm regained the advantage, until Eddie got in a bearhug. Palm got free though and hit the Molotov Cocktail, to win the match. Before he left though, Palm got some cheap shots in on Eddie (2:27).
FWF WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP
The Ice vs. Ted McDougal(c)
The Ice entered, looking ready for battle, followed by McDougal, and the match started. Ted took Ice down, then again, infuriating the Ice, who retaliated with a clothesline. Ice hit a few more moves, and got a two count. Ice went for his spear, but got kicked in the head and went down. Ted took advantage and locked in the Walls of Jericho, but Ice refused to give up. Ted allowed him to get up, and then clotheslined Ice for a two count. Ted was not pleased with the count, and argued with the ref. Ice came from behind, turned Ted around and went for his piledriver, which Ted countered into a pinning attempt. Then, after another two count, Ted got up and powerbombed the referee! Ice came from behind and lowblowed Ted, and got a DDT! Then, Ice went and brought out a ladder! He tried to set it up and climb it, but Ted grabbed him and threw him off the ladder, climbed to the top, and splashed The Ice. He picked him up, and hit the Bagpipes! But as soon as he went for the cover, Pirahna came out and attacked McDougal!!! Ted won by DQ, but it didn't matter, as Ice and Pirahna beat on Ted, as Storm went off the air (4:17).
