Next, we see Lazaro backstage. He says he has two more belts to win: World, and "International". Then he says he's not a talker, he's a doer. Then The Ice walks by Lazaro, brushing by him, knocking him down.

FWF INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP
Sexy Bear vs. Delinquent vs. Lazaro Gonzalez vs. The Ice
Sexy Bear is out first, Delinquent comes out second. Lazaro enters next, with a rubber duck. The Ice is last to enter. The match quickly degenerates into a brawl, with Delinquent fighting with Sexy Bear, and Ice battling Lazaro. Lazaro is put in a headlock by The Ice, and Delinquent powerbombs Sexy. Lazaro reverses a powerbomb to get a nearfall on Ice. Ice throws Lazaro down, then says that this match is not worth it, he's waiting for the World Title Tournament. Ice then gets counted out. Shortly after, Delinquent eliminates Sexy with the Delinquilizer, leaving Delinquent & Lazaro. Delinquent throws Lazaro down, then Lazaro returns the favor, and kicks Delinquent, then gets a near fall. Lazaro argues the count with the ref, and Delinquent sets up for a clothesline on Lazaro. Lazaro ducks in time, however, and the ref gets the brunt of the clothesline. Delinquent throws Lazaro down and hits a kneebreaker. Delinquent delivers a legdrop to Lazaro's leg, then hits a belly to back suplex. Delinquent whips and clotheslines Lazaro. Delinquent is body dropped by Lazaro and gets kneed. Then he punches Delinquent. Lazaro misses an elbow, allowing Delinquent to hit a version of the Delinquilizer, but the ref is down. Delinquent runs and gets Lazaro's hardcore title and hits Lazaro with it. Delinquent hits a bulldog, then grabs the IC title belt, and hits a Delinquilizer on the belt to get the pin and win the title. (4:54)

FWF WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TOURNAMENT SEMI-FINALS
Delinquent vs. Ted McDougal
Before Delinquent can ever get back to the dressing room, Ted McDougal walks out, ready for the Title Tournament Semi-Final. Ted is rested and ready, making an obvious disadvantage for Delinquent. Ted offers Delinquent a handshake, but Ted then kicks Delinquent. Ted then DDT's Delinquent. Ted scores a 2-count. Delinquent gets a DDT on Ted. Then whips Ted into the ropes. Ted gets clotheslined, and hit by a headbutt to his back. Ted punches Delinquent and sets up for a powerbomb, but Delinquent reverses Ted's momentum and falls on top of him for a 2-count. Ted hits a shoulderblock on Delinquent. Ted hits a neckbreaker on Delinquent, and the ref is too busy looking around to count the fall, but after Ted hits a DDT, the ref counts three, even though Delinquent's shoulder was obviously up. Mr. Hawke gets the ref to look at the monitor. The ref then reverses the decision. He turns around to see Delinquent with a roll-up on Ted, but only gets a 2-count. Ted gets up and scoop slams Delinquent. Then he hits a splash. Ted then hits an elbow and puts Delinquent into an ankle lock. Ted stomps at the leg, and throws it down at the mat, then sets up for a sharpshooter, but Delinquent throws down Ted using his legs. Delinquent hooks the leg to get a two, then argues with the ref. Ted gets a low-blow and sets up for the Bagpipes. Delinquent tries to back body drop Ted, but Delinquent lands hard himself. Ted then scoops up Delinquent and hits a jacknife powerbomb. Ted then lifts him up and Bagpipes him for the win. (5:34)

FWF WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TOURNAMENT SEMI-FINALS
Lazaro Gonzalez vs. The Ice
Lazaro charges at Ice, with a couple of punches, until Ice just picks him up and throws Lazaro to the mat. Ice then builds up a head of steam and hits an elbow drop. Ice tries for a piledriver, but Lazaro reverses it, but then misses an elbow. Ice sets up for a suplex on Lazaro, then turns it into a body slam. Ice then tries for a splash, but misses. Lazaro punches and clotheslines Ice. Then hits an elbow drop. Ice then picks up Lazaro and throws him down into an atomic drop. Ice locks Lazaro in a figure four leg lock, and Lazaro's shoulders stay down long enough for a 3-count. (2:21) After the match, Ice hits the Ice Breaker on Lazaro anyway.

FWF WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TOURNAMENT FINALS
Ted McDougal vs. The Ice
Next Ted comes out, as we prepare for the main event, No Holds Barred World Title Match. Ted introduces the man who helped him train for months and months for this moment, and who will be doing special guest commentary, Mr. Hawke. Right off the bat, Ted spits water into The Ice's eyes. The two lock up, and Ted puts Ice into a hammerlock. He nails Ice with two forearms to The Ice's back, until Ice escapes. They lock up again, Ted tries for the hammerlock again, but Ice counters with an arm-breaker. Ice sets up Ted for a piledriver, but Ted throws Ice down and hits an elbow to Ice's knee. Ted then sends Ice flying head-first to the mat with a DDT. Ted gets whipped by Ice and on the way back, nails Ice with a forearm to Ice's head. Ted picks up Ice, Ice reverses a whip and hits a flapjack on Ted. Ice tries for a fall and gets a two count. Ice whips Ted into the ropes, goes for a flapjack again, but Ted reverses it into a spinning neck breaker. Ted goes to get the kendo stick, and uses it on Ice's head, taking him to the ground. Then he goes after Ice's knee with the stick, he hits Ice in the back also. Ted was going for a license plate shot, but Ice hits a bulldog, then uses the plate on Ted. He builds up a head of steam, and nails Ted once again. Next he places the license plate on Ted's chest, and nails an elbow drop. Ice hits a DDT, and gets about a 2 3/4 count. Ice whips Ted into the ropes, but Ted bulldogs Ice. Ted gets the license plate and nails Ice in the head with it. Ice gets a low-blow in and The Ice replies to the crowd's chanting of "Ladder! Ladder!" by bringing a ladder into the ring. He hits Ted in the gut with it, then tries to hit Ted in the back, but Ted slides out of the way, so that Ice's knee meets the ladder. With Ice down on the mat, Ted sets up the ladder and climbs it. He gets to the top and jumps off, nailing a splash on Ice. Ted climbs up again, but Ice gets up and throws Ted off. Ice climbs himself, and goes for a driving elbow, but Ted moves. Ted gets the ladder and puts it around his head. He comes up to Ice, spins the ladder and nails Ice in the head with the blunt end. Ted comes over to the announce table, takes a seat and enjoys his bottle of water. Ted then takes the chair and nails Ice in the face with it. Next he sets it up across Ice's face and jumps on it, but Ice is quick enough to move out of the way, and Ted gets nothing but steel and mat. Ice takes the chair and hits Ted in the face with it twice, and once in the gut. Ice then hits a legdrop on Ted to get a two count. Ice punches Ted in the gut and throws him into a tree. He then bulldogs Ted. Ice then puts Ted in the figure-four leg lock, the move that put him over Lazaro Gonzalez. Ted is able to reverse the move, but the legs are seperated right away. Ted goes to get a container cover and blasts Ice twice with it. Ted kicks Ice, and sets up to whip him into a basketball pole, but Ted ends up taking the pole to his shoulder. Ice then takes control and leads Ted up to the entryway. Ted gets his head slammed into a railing on the deck, and reverses a whip to send Ice into a door. Ted climbs some stairs and hits a shoulder block on Ice. Ted grabs a plastic cooler and nails Ice in the head with it. Ted covers Ice for a two count. Ice and Ted exchange blows, with Ice teetering on the edge of the pool before blocking a punch and throwing Ted head-first into a bench. Ice drapes Ted over a railing and climbs a chair. Ice hits a painful axehandle smash onto Ted's back, crushing his chest on the rail. Next Ice uses the lawn chair as a weapon, hitting Ted with it. The action comes back to the ring, where Ice sets up for the Ice Breaker, but Ted reverses it into the Walls of Jericho. Ice refuses to give up, until Ted relinquishes the hold. Ted whips Ice and builds up a head of steam himself. He and Ice have the same thing on their mind as they hit a double clothesline. Mr. Hawke grabs the belt and enters the ring. He charges at Ice, but The Ice ducks, and Ted gets hit with the belt in his face. Ice doesn't notice Ted down, but goes after Hawke for his attempted attack. When Ice turns around, Ted kicks him in the gut and nails the Bagpipes on the championship belt to get the pin, and the championship. (12:11)
