FRIED FROG LEGS 2

6 to 8 cleaned frog legs
1 cup of corn meal or flour
2 eggs
6 ounces milk
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon baking powder
Salt and cayenne pepper

Put the eggs, milk, baking powder, and vinegar in a large bowl. Mix well. Add the salt and cayenne pepper. Stir a little more. Now put the
frog legs into the bowl and let marinate for at least an hour, if not longer when you have the time. Once you have your corn meal (flour) in a pan season it. Put the fog legs in the meal or flour and make sure you cover them well with the meal. Now in your preheated pan or deep fryer, at 370 degrees, slowly put the frog legs in it. Cook them for about 8 t0 10 minutes or until they are golden brown.
