Props & Flops for ALDS Game 4, Yankees 6 Twins 5 - (11 innings)

PROPS

*Torii Hunter - Went 1-3 scoring two runs and drawing a walk. Got things started off right with a sac fly to score the first run.

*Lew Ford - Went 2-4 with 2 RBI.

*Christian Guzman - That play in the 8th to get that ground ball up the middle by Jeter, a game saving play.

*Henry Blanco - 2-3 with a home run. And he does his thing behind the plate, Henry Blanco was a big reason the Twins got this far this season.

*Johan Santana- Pitched 5 innings with 1 earned run and 7 K's just typical Santana.

*Balfour and Nathan - More great work by Nathan and Balfour had two very nice innings.

*Rubin Sierra - That home run in the 8th, a three run blast, wish we could have had that one back!

*Alex Rodriguez - Lead off double, stole third and scored on a wild pitch, won the game for the Yankees.

*Bernie Williams - Went 2-5 scored a run and drove in 1.

FLOPS

*Juan Rincon - 1/3 of an inning, 4 hits, 4 runs, all earned, a walk and gave up that home run.

*Javier Vazquez - Pitched 5 innings giving up 5 runs. Left as the losing pitcher, he needs to send a "Thank You" to Juan Rincon.

*Twins offense - Scored 5 runs, needed 7. Story of the 2004 season.

*Twins fans that are calling for Gardy to be fired - Thats just crazy, going with Rincon, who has been lights out all year is the right move.
