Welcome to Frosti Rose, a website devoted free fun things to make your webpage look awesome. We've got music codes, layouts, backgrounds,and more! View more stuff at our affiliate Black My Heart You may request a breed (for layouts) by contacting me. Want to become an affiliate? Then please post on the tag-board, and let me know the code/link to your site. All layouts are made for Kitten Tracks and Puppy Pawz. I am sure the codes work there, but please feel free to use them elsewhere :) By using something from this site, you are agreeing to the following rules. Now, since many of you will probably not read them, I'm making them nice and large so they'll catch your attention.
Rules
-NO jocking or stealing or editing. Jocking is when you take something of MINE, and you edit it or just say you made it by yourself. You didn't, so don't.
- Do NOT take a layout and use the HTML in your own layouts. If you want HTML, then go to the HTML help page, I provide HTML you CAN use (with a link to me)
- NO redistributing ANYTHING on this site. If you really REALLY want to do so, then EMAIL me.
- NO removing the link back (as in www.oocities.org/frostixrose
- If it's something you aren't sure is a good idea, then i suggest you don't do it.
Violation of any of these rules will result in me eating your head and sucking out your brains. If I catch you, you WILL recieve some kind of unpleasent message from yours truley =]

All images aren't mine, they are copyrighted to the person who took the picture. I use Paintshop Pro 9, an excellent program, and a used Adobe Photoshop CS for about a month, and I am back to using PSP 9 forever! I use brushes from Clickitgirl.net , beautiful-sin.net , Unknown Brushes , and a few other places. I did not make any of my brushes, except for the scottish terrier one, some snowflakes (not the ones used in the background, and shamrocks. Most of my background images are from Webshots I also download many awesome fonts from Da FoNT View more @ BHG
