Horned One

Frail figure

            Steadfast faith

Liquid eyes

            Like the wild fawn

            Virgin

Quiet humor

            Quiet composure

Learning strength

                        And finding knowledge

Gentle heart

            Like the hart

            Scholar

Softling childe

            The stars’ fading strength

Somnolent sun

                        Trickles of ice

Necromancer

            Crowned in the brightening dawn

Tremulous step

            The frighted hind

            Priest

As the sun breaks the cold of night and the rosy light skitters across the patchy snow and grass to fill the sky, I see you wandering around the great oaks and the star-lilies as if you are lost.  Morning glories are twined in your hair.

This is DreamLand, oh waking world, but you do not search for me.
