Caleb Church married second to Deborah 6 June 1680. She died 17 January 1690 at Watertown, Middlesex Co., MA. He married third to Rebecca 6 November 1691 at Watertown, Middlesex Co., MA. She died after 30 March 1715 and had married first before 1668 to John Scottow(1644-1678).
