The Apartments
This area has tons of potential. Unfortunately, it doesn't have much that's developed. As close as the cliff is to all the other bouldering around First Street, it is also very close to some apartment buildings, and access is may be an issue. The wall is kicked back maybe up to 15 degrees past vertical, and the climbing is super fun.

How to Get Here
From Lake Avenue getting off the highway, go up to First Street. Take First East, and head 11 blocks down the road to 11th Avenue East. The second apartment building east of that road on the uphill side of the street hosts "The Apartment Boulders". Access may be an issue, we never looked into it.
