Terms of Use

All linkware sets are free to use with a link back for personal, non-commercial sites.
No porn sites or sites of an offensive nature may use these sets; This includes any sites about racism, hate, bigotry, etc.
All graphics must be downloaded to your own computer.
You do not have to use all the pieces, but no mixing and matching of sets allowed.
Absolutely no altering of my graphics allowed. If you do not like the way a set looks, or are looking for a certain look, feel free to make a special request. I will consider all requests as time allows.
Do not use any of my graphics to create another set and call it your own or offer my sets for download from your site.
A link back to my site must be provided either by a text link or the graphic link provided with each set.
No commercial use of any of these sets or any of the graphics is allowed.
If you would like a custom set created, please contact me.
I have used public domain, free, and purchased graphics and fonts to create my sets. Any graphics that are from free sites state that they allow use of their artwork. All graphics that are from purchased cd's, clipart books and other sources are royalty free and / or follow all usage restrictions, if any.
Artwork is considered public domain 50 years after the original artists' death.
If you find anything on my pages that you believe to be other than stated above, please contact me with proof, and I will be happy to either place credit or remove the offending graphic.
