One such problem is role
ambiguity. Fundamentally, role ambiguity
is due to lack of clarity regarding
duties, responsibilities, and/or
authority. Role ambiguity may be due to the
complexity of the job. Frequently, role ambiguity may be exhibited by less capable or less confident group members. |
