The good and bad thing to do

This is the bad thing to do

1:

It is completly not allowed to do ANY kind of arm to animal, human or yourself.(except in selfdefence)

2 :

It is not allowed to steal of deprive anything of any animal, human or yourself.

3 :

It is not allowed to do any kind of violence(physical,verbal or psycological) to any animal, human or yourself. Except at our year ritual.

This is the right thing's to do

1 :

Express yourself to us about any kind of thing's that make you frustrated.

2 :

To do anything you like to do for self expression (As long as it does not contradict the 3 bad thing's to do written above.)
