    b. Social Committee Report:

	· May 30, Golf Tournament Fund Raiser and Gaming Event – It was a
beautiful day, and we all had a great time. We raised $430. A hearty
thank-you to Steve Pitzen, Steve Gordon, Ken Pallutch and Rich Welden.
We have a lot of stuff left over - not food (except for sodas and some
bags of chips) but we have plates, napkins, utensils, foil, plastic wrap,
          ziplock bags, etc.

	· June Hail and Farewell, plans fell through, so we're counting the June
CPOA meeting as an event, since we're serving $100 worth of pu-pu's.

	· 19 July - Family Event at Sesame Place coordinated by Kim Sauers. We're
planning on 1-2 busses going to the theme park. Tickets are free, so we
only have to pay for the busses. This is a nice inexpensive day for
everyone, but especially members with kids. POC: Kim Sauers.

	· 23 July - Command(s) Picnic at Burba. We're having a dunk tank (POC
Patti Hinricks). We need volunteers. Frank Conlon wants to know if
departments or commands want to take on specific duties. We will be
          doing the grilling.

	· July/August - Selectee Meet-n-Greet date depends on when results come
out. Scheduled for 4 Fridays in a row, at Bristol Park. Plan on "make
your own" sandwiches, soda, potato salad, veggies, chips/dips, beer, water.
Once the results are announced, Megan will get the leftovers from May
event; Kim & Crystal will go shopping for food; Tim Echeverio will get
beverages and we'll meet at the park.

	· 5 Sept - Dining In. Gus Woolheate/Sue Ward POCs. Social Committee
Members will help out where Gus needs us. The approximate price of
          this event is $1900.

	· September 26, Khaki Ball, Tim Echeverio is the POC. It's going to
cost $5587. Tickets will be $40 and will be on sale at every training
session. We need decoration ideas and a decoration sub- committee.
We'll also need help with setup. We will also do a Hail and a Farewell
          at this event.

	· 25/31 October - Halloween Event - we're thinking of trying to get
everyone together to go to Medieval Times in Arundal Mall, maybe in
          costume. More to come.

	· Nov 21 or 22 - Holiday Party. We're researching Jillians in Arundal
Mall. POC is Kim Sauers. This will be a combination Holiday Party
          and Hail and Farewell.

    c. Sports/MWR Representative Report:

	· Captains cup Golf 18 June. 0800 start. 4-person best ball scramble.
Sign up with Frank Conlin, 301-677-0818
	· Softball team still needs your support.

    d. Community Action Report:

	· Scott Nagle reported that a few people who committed to the VA visit
backed out last minute. Should not be an issue. Scott will arrange
for a command van for roundtrip transportation. We'll be visiting
approximately 100 patients on three floors and will bring the alloted
$250 worth of items. The hospital volunteer coordinator asked for
large-font puzzle books, which he purchased bringUniform will be in
khakis, of course, and can expect to be there for a couple of hours.
There was a motion on the floor to return the money to Scott Nagle,
          which was carried.
	· Habitat for the Community. We need to pick our day.

    e. Fundraising Committee Report:
